RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 15 DAYS of Delivery Receipt Date
PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS
SHIPPING:
All returned merchandise must be insured and sent by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Tharsis Artworks and Marilynn Flynn are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns that are not insured. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable.
JEWELRY:
Must be returned UNUSED and in its original gift-box packaging with the secuirty tag still attached. Jewelry must be returned in a shipping BOX with padding - do not use mailing envelopes, padded or otherwise. Jewelry which has been damaged by being dropped, mishandled or cleaned using harsh chemicals by the customer will NOT be accepted for return.**
PRINTS, GREETING or ART CARDS:
Must be returned in UNOPENED original clear protective packaging. Printed items must be re-packed in the original or new shipping BOX - do not use an envelope mailer or tube. Prints or Cards that have been damaged by the customer due to having been removed from the protective packaging or subjected to rough handling - such as scratches, fingerprints, cracks, bends etc. - will NOT be accepted for return.**

REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued to the account through which the purchase was made. We do not issue credits. We will submit your refund as soon as we accept the returned merchandise.
EXCHANGES or REPLACEMENTS
We can do an exchange or in some cases, a replacement, if you prefer. Since our jewelry is one of a kind, it can only be exchanged for a different design, not a replacement of exactly the same style. Prints can be replaced or exchanged depending on availability (replacements for certain limited edition prints may not be available). Return shipping costs for exchanges or replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
